How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Simply click the tracking link in the email or enter the number on the courier’s website to follow your delivery in real time.

How can I get my invoice?

After your order has been delivered and no refund has been processed, you can request an invoice by contacting our team at shop@aliencell.com.

Can I cancel an order after payment?

Yes. If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel it by emailing shop@aliencell.com. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may still be possible but a handling fee may apply. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped, email shop@aliencell.com to update your shipping address. We’re unable to make changes once the order has been dispatched.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery. Unshipped orders can be canceled for a full refund, while returns after shipment may be subject to processing or restocking fees depending on the product condition. For non-quality returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued after the returned items are inspected at our warehouse.
