Aliencell provides a clear and fair limited warranty designed to protect customers against manufacturing defects, while complying with applicable consumer protection laws in different regions.

Warranty Coverage & Period

Aliencell provides up to 12 months of limited warranty service from the date of delivery, subject to local laws and regional policies. Some countries or regions may have different requirements.
If the warranty period or coverage under this policy does not fully comply with the laws of your country or region, local statutory regulations shall prevail.

Accessories and consumables are generally not covered under this limited warranty, except where damage or defects are clearly evident at the time of delivery.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If your product experiences a malfunction believed to be covered under this warranty, please contact shop@aliencell.com and provide:
• Order number or valid proof of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos if requested

Aliencell’s support team will first attempt remote diagnosis and troubleshooting.
For confirmed quality-related defects, Aliencell may, at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law, take one of the following actions:
• Repair the product or defective component
• Replace the defective part
• Replace the product with a new or factory-refurbished unit of equivalent value (when available)
• Issue a partial refund based on the product’s usage period if repair or replacement is not feasible

Replacement & Repair Warranty

Any repaired or replaced product or part is covered for the remaining original warranty period, or three (3) months from the replacement date, whichever is longer.
Once a product has been fully refunded, all warranty coverage for that product ends.

Returns & Shipping

• For quality-related warranty claims, Aliencell will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or return
• For non-quality-related returns, shipping costs and transit risks are governed by Aliencell’s separate Return Policy
• Damage occurring during return shipping that is carrier-related must be addressed with the shipping carrier. Aliencell may assist with documentation but is not responsible for carrier-caused damage unless the issue is confirmed as a covered manufacturing defect

Exclusions & Limitations

This limited warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with Aliencell’s official documentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this limited warranty does not cover:
• Products without valid proof of purchase
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or channels
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage and consumables
• Free gifts, giveaway items, or accessories provided at no additional charge and without standalone purchase value
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling
• Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, or servicing
• Damage resulting from unauthorized or third-party parts, accessories, software, or consumables
• Damage caused by external factors beyond Aliencell’s reasonable control, including fire, water ingress, power surges, or natural disasters
• Damage resulting from failure to follow official instructions, safety guidelines, or technical documentation
• Products with altered, missing, or illegible serial numbers or identification labels
• Software, firmware, data, or content, including loss or corruption of data
• Incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, except where prohibited by applicable law
• Any services or costs not expressly stated in this warranty, including on-site service, labor, removal, reinstallation, or shipping outside approved warranty procedures

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aliencell’s total liability under this warranty shall be limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the covered product as described in this policy.

Policy Updates

Aliencell reserves the right to update or revise this warranty policy in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any changes will not affect warranty claims already submitted prior to the effective date of the update.

Consumer Rights Notice

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or country. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
