Aliencell Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Regions

 

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous states in the United States.

The following areas are not supported:

● Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands

● All military addresses (e.g., APO/FPO/DPO)

Please make sure to provide the correct name, address, and contact information to ensure successful delivery.

 

2. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout and the carrier will be selected based on delivery address and package weight.

 

3. Processing & Delivery Time

 

● Orders will be shipped within 1 business day after payment is confirmed (business days: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

● Standard delivery time: 7–12 days.

● Holiday shipping: Subject to the operating schedule of US carriers. Please check website notices before holidays.

● Expedited shipping: Currently not available for US domestic deliveries.

 

4. Processing & Delivery Time

 

● Delivery time depends on product availability. The estimated delivery time will be shown on the product page of the Aliencell Store.

● For in-stock items: Orders will be shipped within 1 business day after payment is confirmed (business days: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

        ○ Standard delivery time: 7–12 business days.

● For pre-order items: Shipping is expected within 3 months; estimated delivery time is 14–60 days.

● Holiday shipping: Subject to the operating schedule of US carriers. Please refer to website announcements for holiday updates.

● Expedited shipping: Currently not available for US domestic deliveries.

 

5. Shipping Carriers

 

We cooperate with major carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and the most suitable carrier will be automatically selected based on your delivery address and package weight.

If you have special shipping requirements, please contact customer service before placing your order.

 

6. Address & Order Changes

 

● Address changes can be requested within 24 hours after placing an order by contacting customer service.

● Once the package is shipped, addresses cannot be changed. Customers are responsible for delivery failures or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

 

7. Order Cancellation & Refusal

 

● To cancel an order, contact customer service before the package is shipped. Refunds or returns will follow the standard policy.

● Should you refuse delivery of any package, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any return shipping fees, and any duties or taxes incurred on the shipment. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

 

8. Package Inspection & After-Sales

 

● Please inspect the package carefully upon receipt. If it is severely damaged, opened, or abnormal, do not sign for it and contact customer service immediately.

● For missing or damaged items, provide photos or videos on the day of receipt to customer service for prompt resolution.
