Aliencell X1 OTA Firmware Update Guide

1. What is OTA?
OTA (Over-The-Air) allows your Aliencell X1 to update firmware wirelessly with the latest system improvements.

 

2. Why update?
OTA updates help improve performance, stability, accuracy, and compatibility — ensuring your X1 runs at its best.

 

3. Who should update?
All Aliencell X1 users should complete the OTA update after receiving the machine, unless otherwise instructed by Aliencell.
Without the update, some features or performance may not function properly.

 

4. How to update?
Online Update:

When the device powers on and connects to the server, it automatically checks for new firmware. If a new version is available, a popup will notify you. Tap Yes to enter the firmware update page.

 

Offline Update:

Download the required firmware version from Firmware Version Details and copy the file to a USB drive.

Aliencell Pre-Order Shipping FAQ

1. When will my pre-order ship?
Orders paid before January 20 will be shipped according to the schedule below. Orders may arrive in multiple packages at different times.

Shipping Timeline:

• Aliencell X1 / Air Assist Pro / Honeycomb Panel / Material Package: Jan 20–27

• Air Purifier / Handheld Vacuum Cleaner / Laser Module: Late February–March

• Mini Fire Extinguisher: Q2 2026

 

2. When will I receive my tracking number?
Once your order ships from the local warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping notification email. You can also view your tracking number in your order details.

For bundles shipped separately, the first tracking number is sent automatically; subsequent tracking numbers will arrive in separate emails. Your order may show as “fulfilled” before all items have shipped.

FAQs

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Simply click the tracking link in the email or enter the number on the courier’s website to follow your delivery in real time.

How can I get my invoice?

After your order has been delivered and no refund has been processed, you can request an invoice by contacting our team at shop@aliencell.com.

Can I cancel an order after payment?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it by emailing shop@aliencell.com. Unfortunately, orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped, email shop@aliencell.com to update your shipping address. We’re unable to make changes once the order has been dispatched.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To qualify: The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, contact us at shop@aliencell.com. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Certain items, including customized products, perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, and sale items or gift cards, are non-returnable.
