Starting to understand the software

I had an X tool M1 and it does not work anymore. So I was looking around for another laser. I was looking at we create, they had problems with their machines. I ran across aliencell x1. I watched a few of the YouTube training and decided to go ahead and buy one. After buying the 20 watts. I wish I would have bought the 40 W because it has the same beam which I didn't know. I looked online to see if I can get the 40w laser head and could not find anywhere

The Aliencell x1 with Alien space software will not disappoint..Best laser in it's Class. I returned other brands that left me wanting more than I found Aliencell. Very Happy with Aliencell X1, looking forward to what new accessories are to come . Great job aliencell team..

I've been using my 40W X1 for several days. Other than a loose connection the machine is functioning flawlessly. The Alienspace software works quite well but will take some time to learn its intricacies, no different from any other software that is new to the end user, but the learning curve is not very steep.

This is my first experience using a laser engraver. So far I couldn't be happier. Very easy to set up. I still have a way to go to unlock it's full potential.

This machine is awesome! Best machine I’ve ever had. Took me awhile to figure out the two cameras but Danial Gonzalez was a HUGH help. I really want the air purifier but waiting for a sale. You guys are awesome!!!

Great machine once I figured out how to keep a connection. The magnetic hold downs leave a lot to be desired. When you try to pull them apart to use on a honeycomb bed the pin comes off. They are just glued on. They should use stronger glue and make the hole deeper so there is more for the glue to hold on to. Im not using a honeycomb so i just glued the parts together permanently. Would be nice if they sent me another set though just in case. But overall a great machine.

It would be better if the exhaust fan speed was at a higher cfm and speed. When I run a project when using lightburn the fan speed ramps up higher at the end the cut. That speed would be better if it at that speed during the cutting process. Other than the exhaust fan speed I absolutely love the X1.

This is the most impressive piece of equipment I've ever purchased.
